Do any of you just LOVE a good storm? I do! I get that from my mom. She also loves storms. I remember sitting out and watching them with her all the time when I was young! I remember one time there was a huge, beautiful lightning storm that rolled in one night in the middle of the night. It was a school night so my mom didn’t want to wake us but she also didn’t want us to miss it because she knew we loved it just as much as she did. So my dear mom sat up all night video taping it for us! How sweet is that?

Anyway, I am glad my husband doesn’t think I am completely nuts and was pleased to see us both sitting out in the pouring rain just after midnight last night enjoying the beautiful storm. He got some cool pictures for as short as the storm was so I thought I would share. Lightning is so pretty! Good thing our neighbors didn’t see us out there standing in the rain or that would have confirmed their suspicions that we are completely crazy!

Well, we are back from a couple of our camping adventures! We have been camping 20 of the last 23 days. Crazy huh? We went to Rob’s 10-day family reunion in Logan Canyon and then Spent 3 days home with my sister Nikki and her family visiting and then went to my dad’s cabin in Island Park, ID! We have had so much fun. I will update more about each trip later when I have a few minutes and Rob has all the pictures accessible.
